Most newspapers choose semi-black and white and semi-color printing. (Individual local newspapers, special issues and weekly magazines choose full color. Because there are few plates, it is also half black and white and half color calculation here. Therefore, the printing cost of each printed matter should be 0.0425 yuan, which is half of the sum of 0.025 yuan and 0.06 yuan.

Other expenses: According to the data provided by relevant experts and insiders, other expenses generally account for 25%-30% of the total cost of newspaper production. We calculate at the lower 25%.
