1, English poetry generally pays attention to rhyme, especially at the end of each sentence, which is a bit like Chinese flat, but not so regular, because the syllables of English words are very different from those of Chinese characters. Most English words are two or more syllables, while Chinese characters are all one syllable, so Chinese is certainly more neat.

3. In English metrical poems, light tone and stress appear according to certain rules. There are seven common types: one light and one heavy is called iambic. One heavy and one light is called Yang Yige. One weight and two lightness are called promoting harmony and restraining. Two lightness and one heaviness are called iambic. A syllable with two syllables is called yangko. One light syllable and two syllables are called inhibition. Three syllables, one light, one heavy and one light, are called iambic.
4. English blank verse means that it does not rhyme but has a fixed rhythm and length.
5. The main characteristics of English free verse are that it does not follow the traditional rhyme and meter, and the line length is irregular. Its rhythm unit is not the step, but the larger phrases, short sentences and even paragraphs.
