Travel Agency Registration and Qualification Handling Strategy

In the past, the qualification of travel agencies was pre-approval, but now it is changed to post-approval, that is, the travel agency is registered first, and then the travel agency qualification is processed, that is, the travel agency business license. Travel agency business license is divided into domestic and international levels. Travel agencies cannot directly apply for the qualification of international travel agencies, but can only upgrade from domestic to international. Travel agencies can apply to the Tourism Bureau. If there is no abnormal operation within two years, they will be upgraded to international travel agency qualification.

The following are the specific procedures, conditions and materials to be prepared.

I. Registration conditions and qualifications of travel agencies

1, must be registered according to the actual address and have basic office facilities, such as computer, telephone, copy, etc. ;

2. Apply for the qualification of domestic travel agency with a registered capital of at least 300,000 yuan (subscribed). If you plan to upgrade to the qualification of international travel agency in the later stage, the registered capital must be above10.5 million yuan (subscribed);

3. To apply for the qualification of a travel agency, the travel agency must have at least three tour guides, and provide tour guide certificates, labor contracts and social security records. In principle, the number of tour guides must be greater than 20% of the number of travel agencies, and when it is less than 20%, the minimum requirement is 3;

4. After obtaining the qualification of travel agency, the travel agency must pay the quality deposit of 65,438+10,000 yuan to the bank account set up by the Tourism Bureau within the specified time. This deposit is non-refundable, and the travel agency can only get basic interest, which can only be refunded when the travel agency cancels.

Two. Materials to be prepared for registering a travel agency

1, company name, such as Shenzhen XX Travel Agency Co., Ltd.;

2. The company draws up the identity information of corporate shareholders and the supervisor;

3. Business scope, registered capital and other information of the company;

4. Lease contract and real estate information of registered address.

III. Materials required for travel agency qualification

1, copy of travel agency business license;

2. Articles of association of the travel agency company and resolutions of the shareholders' meeting;

3. At least three tour guide certificates and labor contracts and social security records of tour guides;

4. The lease contract and real estate license information of the registered address of the travel agency.

Four, the travel agency qualification process

1. Submit the application materials.

2, the Municipal Tourism Bureau to conduct on-site inspection of business premises, business facilities and equipment.

The travel agency shall, within 3 working days from the date of obtaining the business license of the travel agency, open a special account for quality guarantee in the bank designated by the tourism administrative department of this Municipality, and deposit 6,543,800 yuan as the quality guarantee for tourism service.
