Didn't say spices smell the best. Common spices include star anise, cinnamon, fennel, agastaches, Amomum villosum, rosemary and so on. Spice is the general name of spice and essence, and it is a substance that can be sniffed or tasted by sense of smell. It may be "monomer" or "mixture".

According to raw materials or preparation methods, it can be divided into natural spices and synthetic spices. Natural perfume, broadly speaking, refers to some physiological organs of animals or plants containing aromatic components, such as perfume glands, sachets, flowers, leaves, branches and stems.

Natural spices in a narrow sense only refer to aromatic components extracted from organs or secretions of aromatic plants and animals.

Synthetic spices refer to those "monomer" varieties of spices made by chemical synthesis using different raw materials.
