They can listen to the words and movements of the young and the old. Wills are not obeyed, orders are not given. They change everything. They change their ways and earn their possessions. There is nothing left to carry. Men want to remarry. Women want to remarry. Properties are stolen. It's hard to even out the distribution, and the old accounts are clear and muddy again. Those who are dead and owe money to the living are hard pressed for money. Those who owed money to the dead lost their evidence, and they all blamed the dead for their mistakes. Relatives of the three parties, harboring grudges and comments, and children harboring selfishness. Friends have lost their trust. There are a few people who miss the past, cry over the coffin, laugh coldly, and have even more bad rewards. A man is tortured by the government, a woman is strangely ill. Sons are infuriated. A woman is ravished by others. Their karma is dissipated and their houses are burnt down. All family affairs, big and small, are quickly wiped out. The evil they do is repaid to them. Not only the souls, but all ghosts and criminals who have heard of this are sent to the Great Hell. They are sent to the Great Hell. They will be investigated carefully to see what evil they have committed. Then they will be sent to the 16 small hells to suffer. Inside the small hells. Each one is buried with a wooden stake. Jizang, the Sanskrit name is Ks!itigarbha, which is translated as "Beggar's Bottom". Ground, the meaning of residence; hidden, containing the meaning of hidden. It is the Bodhisattva who was entrusted by His Holiness the Shakyamuni to vow to fulfill all sentient beings in the six paths of life before attaining Buddhahood during the Buddha-less era between His Holiness' death and Maitreya's attainment of Buddhahood. Regarding the name of Jizo Bodhisattva, Volume 1 of the Jizo Ten Wheel Sutra states (Daishonin 13-722), "The peace of patience and immobility is like the earth; the depth of meditation is like a secret treasure," hence the name "Jizo". The Dangdang Ten Wheel Sutra, Volume 1, refers to Jizang as a treasure buried in the earth, and the Mahayana Treatise on Treasures, Volume 4, refers to the treasure buried in the earth as a metaphor for "K???a's Tibet".

According to the preface of the Dai Fang Guang Ten Wheel Sutra, Volume 1, and the first volume of the Sutra of the Chanting of Good and Evil Karma, Jizo Bodhisattva, by the power of the Great Compassionate Vow in the past, has manifested himself in the bodies of the King of Brahma, the King of the Emperors, the King of the Voice, the King of Yama, the King of the lions, elephants, tigers, wolves, oxen and horses, and even the Rakshasasas and the Hells, in order to educate and transform the sentient beings and to especially consult the sentient beings who suffer in this world of five turbid evils and, in response to the requests of all the sentient beings, to eliminate calamities and increase their blessings, so as to ripen the He is especially sensitive to the suffering beings of the five turbid worlds. Jizo Bodhisattva is also known as Jizo of a Thousand Bodies because of his countless incarnations to help sentient beings.

There are many stories about the origin of Jizo Bodhisattva. According to the Jizo Bodhisattva's Original Vow Sutra, it is said that Jizo Bodhisattva was the son of a great elder in the long past, and that he had a feeling of respect and admiration after seeing the magnificent appearance of the Shizi Fenxun, the Buddha of ten thousand deeds, and that in order to realize this magnificent appearance, he wished to free the sinful and suffering beings of the six paths of the universe for as far as possible in the future and beyond the countless eons of time. In the same sutra and the same article, it is also said that Earth Store Bodhisattva was a Brahmin woman in the past, in order to save her mother from the hells, she made offerings and cultivated blessings for her mother, and made a wish to liberate all sentient beings from sins and sufferings for as long as possible in the coming kalpas. In the same sutra, the Karmic Sensations of the Sentient Beings of Yama Flo also cites two statements: (1) Jizo Bodhisattva was the king of a country in a long time in the past, and when the people in his country committed a lot of evils, he made a wish to bring all sinful and suffering sentient beings to Bodhi, otherwise he would not wish to attain Buddhahood. (b) Jizo Bodhisattva was a woman named Kōmei in the long past. Her mother was suffering in hell, and Kōmei, in order to save her, wished to save all sentient beings from sin and misery, and would not attain Buddhahood until all sentient beings had attained Buddhahood. All of the above statements have been spread to the world through Jizo's beliefs. Therefore, in Buddhism, the words "Only when all sentient beings have been destroyed will one be able to attain Bodhi, and one will not attain Buddhahood until the hells have been emptied" and "If I do not go to hell, then who will go to hell?

Since the Sui and Tang dynasties, the belief in Jizo has flourished. For example, in the Sui dynasty, the belief in the ten rounds of the Jizo Sutra, which advocates the "universal Buddha and the universal Dharma," and the practice of the ritual of Jizo, which was known as the Three Steps of the Sutra at the time, was practiced. In addition, in the Song Dynasty, Chang Chun wrote a book on the spiritual experiences of Jizo Bodhisattva, which contains 32 spiritual experiences of Jizo Bodhisattva from the Liang Dynasty to the Song Dynasty. For example, in the Ten Kings Sutra on the Causes and Consequences of the Development of the Heart of Jizo Bodhisattva, the King of Yama is cited as the incarnation of Jizo Bodhisattva. Another example is that in the folk beliefs of our country, the idea of hell is y influenced by the "Jizo Bodhisattva's Ben Wang Jing", and Jizo Bodhisattva is regarded as the supreme lord of hell, called the Lord of the Underworld, and under his jurisdiction are the ten Yama kings. Recently, in Dunhuang thousand Buddha Cave found in the ground Tibetan ten king map, that is, painted with Jizo Bodhisattva and ten kings and other images, and with the Song Dynasty Taiping Xingguo eight years (983) made the inscription.

According to Volume 1 of the Ten Wheels of Jizo Sutra, Jizo Bodhisattva possesses an infinite number of incredible virtues that cannot be measured by the voices and monks of the world. The same sutra also states that if you chant the name of Jizo Bodhisattva or worship and make offerings to his portrait or statue, you will be free from all sorrows and sufferings and will not fall into evil paths, and you will be able to obtain ten or twenty-eight kinds of benefits.

In Japan, the belief in Jizo started in the middle of the Heian period and has flourished ever since. After the Kamakura period, this belief was incorporated into folk beliefs. For example, Jizo is said to have appeared in the Saikawara region as a savior of children, and is praised in Japanese hymns. In addition, Jizo Jizo and Jiyasu Jizo are dedicated to saving and raising children.
