What is called traveling plant

In the factory workshop installed with a traveling crane plant is called traveling plant.

The traveling crane is a crane, which can lift some steel plates, or lift a large mold of a heavy machinery. The red beam in the picture below, plus a black crane, this is the traveling crane.
