How to preserve preserved eggs?

Ingredients: some eggs, some duck eggs, preserved egg powder 1 bag, tea 12g, some quail eggs.

Steps:

1. First, prepare some green tea or black tea at home, put it in a bowl, pour boiling water, put it aside, and soak until the boiling water becomes normal temperature water.

2. Then clean the dirt on the eggshell surface, put it in a bowl after cleaning and dry it.

3. Add water to preserved egg powder and mix well.

4. Pour the preserved egg powder into a ceramic or plastic basin, be careful not to use an aluminum basin, then pour the tea into the preserved egg powder and stir with a clamp or spoon.

5. Stir into this thick paste, then put the eggs in and evenly wrap them with a layer of preserved egg paste. Be sure to completely wrap the eggshell with preserved egg paste.

6. After wrapping, put plastic wrap on the bowl, then put the eggs wrapped with preserved egg powder and tie the plastic wrap tightly.

7. Then put the preserved eggs in the box. If you don't have such a box at home, you can put it directly in a plastic bag and tie it up.

8. At 20 to 30 degrees, quail eggs can be eaten in about two days, 10 to 20 degrees, and eggs take about three days. Eggs should be eaten for 8 days.
