What is pipelined?

Pipeline, in layman's terms, means marrying someone else. It is now popular to say that telecom operators provide equipment and foundation to promote network development. But now that the network is becoming more and more developed and the traffic is increasing, it puts forward the requirements for the operator's equipment.

They have higher requirements, but they don’t get the corresponding rewards.

But this is just their side of the story. To put it simply, the monthly rental fee is a piece of free money for them, and they have been collecting it for decades, with no intention of stopping.
