How to exercise Qi?

Qi is life energy beneficial to human body, which can be guided by mind and concentrated in a certain part of the body, but it is very difficult. Wushu guides the flow of Qi by using posture, routines and vision.

In martial arts, the circulation of qi is often increased by opening the palms, shoulders and hips. Then, before boxing, imagine a ball of light in your hand and use visualization to guide the flow of qi. By breathing, visualizing and using moves, airflow can be directed to all parts of the body, which can achieve the effects of relieving pain, strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil spirits, strengthening the body and prolonging life.
