Fushun, Liaoning, is a picturesque this beautiful city. But you may not know that Fushun also has different specialties. Among them are satsuma, sour soup and so on.
Shaqima is made by mixing white flour with water and eggs or cream, rolling into thin slices, cutting into thin strips and frying. Then use sugar or rock sugar to boil it into syrup, stir it evenly, pour it into a wooden trough paved with sesame seeds, green red silk and melon seeds in advance, and flatten it. Shaqima is now a favorite pastry of all ethnic groups in China.
