The practice of shark fin soup

Preparation materials: 20g shark fin, 500g sparerib, 2 tbsp cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, onion 1 slice, ginger 1 slice, and a little pepper.

1. Prepare the required shark fin and ribs, as shown in the following figure:

2. Then soak the shark fin in cold water for 24 hours in advance, as shown below:

3. Pork ribs need to be blanched to remove blood foam, as shown below:

4. Then put the blanched ribs in a bowl for later use, as shown in the following figure:

5. Then put the cooking wine, onion, ginger, ribs and shark's fin into the casserole, as shown in the following figure:

6. After the fire is boiled, simmer on low heat 1 hour, and add chopped green onion after the ribs are soft and rotten, as shown in the following figure:

7. finally put it in a bowl and serve it. Add pepper and salt according to personal taste, as shown below:
