What is dietotherapy?

Diet therapy is called "food support" for short. That is, the use of food affects all aspects of the body's functions, making it healthy or preventing diseases. As the saying goes, it is to maintain the body by eating.

Food therapy and drug therapy are very different. One of the most remarkable characteristics of dietotherapy is "treating diseases and strengthening the body without disease", which has basically no toxic and side effects on the human body. That is to say, the biased characteristics of food (cereals, meat, fruits and vegetables) can be used for the treatment or adjuvant treatment of certain diseases and syndromes, regulating yin and yang, and making them tend to be balanced, which is helpful for the treatment of diseases and the rehabilitation of body and mind. But food is food after all, and it contains all kinds of nutrients necessary for human body, mainly to make up for the continuous consumption of Yin and Yang. Therefore, even if the syndrome differentiation is not accurate, food will not bring much harm to the human body. Therefore, dietotherapy is widely used, mainly for sub-healthy people, followed by patients. Dietotherapy, as an auxiliary means of drugs or other therapeutic measures, is naturally accepted with daily diet.
