Try to compare the differences of enterprise performance evaluation between traditional operation mode and supply chain management operation mode.

1. The gap between decision information sources (multi-source information) The production plan should be based on certain decision information, that is, basic data. In the traditional production planning decision-making mode, the information of planning decision-making comes from two aspects, on the one hand, demand information, on the other hand, resource information. Demand information comes from two aspects, one is user orders, and the other is demand forecast. Through the synthesis of these two aspects of information, the demand information needed for making production plans is obtained. Resource information refers to the constraints of production planning decision. In the future discussion, we will see that the concepts of demand information and enterprise resources in the supply chain management environment are different from the traditional concepts. Multi-source information is the main feature of supply chain management environment, and multi-source information is the feature of production planning in supply chain environment. In addition, in the supply chain environment, resource information comes not only from within the enterprise, but also from suppliers, distributors and users. Constraints have been relaxed, and the expansion of resources has expanded the optimization space of production planning. 2. The gap of decision-making mode (decision-making group and distribution) The traditional decision-making mode of production planning is centralized decision-making, while the decision-making mode under the supply chain management environment is distributed and group decision-making process. The supply chain system based on multi-agent is a three-dimensional network, and each node enterprise has the same status, local database and domain knowledge base. When forming a supply chain, each node enterprise has temporary monitoring power and decision-making power, and the production planning decision of each node enterprise is influenced by the production planning decision of other enterprises, which requires a coordination mechanism and a conflict resolution mechanism. When the production plan of one enterprise changes, the plans of other enterprises need to be changed accordingly, so that the supply chain can get synchronous response. 3. The gap of information feedback mechanism (hierarchical feedback, chain feedback, parallel feedback and network feedback) Whether the enterprise's plan can be well implemented requires an effective supervision and control mechanism as a guarantee. In order to effectively supervise and control, it is necessary to establish an information feedback mechanism. The traditional information feedback mechanism of enterprise production planning is chain feedback mechanism, that is to say, information feedback is a linear transmission from one department to another within the enterprise. Due to the characteristics of bureaucratic organizational structure, information transmission is generally from the bottom to the high-level information processing center (power center), forming a hierarchical information transmission mode parallel to the organizational structure. The information transmission mode of enterprises in the supply chain management environment is different from that of traditional enterprises. The multi-agent organization mode characterized by team work makes the supply chain have the characteristics of network structure, so the supply chain management mode is not hierarchical management or matrix management, but network management. The transmission of production planning information is not along the hierarchical structure (power structure) within the enterprise, but along the direction of different nodes in the supply chain (network structure). In order to realize the synchronous operation of supply chain, the frequency of information interaction between supply chain enterprises is much higher than that of traditional enterprise information transmission, so parallel information transmission mode should be adopted. 4. Differences in planned operating environment (uncertainty and dynamics) The purpose of supply chain management is to enable enterprises to adapt to the needs of the fierce and ever-changing market environment. The complex and changeable environment increases the uncertainty and dynamic factors of enterprise production plan. The production planning under the supply chain management environment is carried out in an unstable operation environment, so the production planning and control system is required to have higher flexibility and agility, such as the flexibility of lead time and the flexibility of production batch. The traditional MRPII lacks flexibility because it deals with the uncertain market environment with fixed environmental constraints, which is obviously not feasible. Production planning under supply chain management environment mostly involves order-based production, which is more dynamic. Therefore, uncertainty and dynamic factors should be considered in production planning and control, so that production planning has higher flexibility and agility, and enterprises can respond to market changes quickly.
