1. National Security Education Day is a holiday established to enhance the national security awareness of the entire people and safeguard national security.

2. On July 1, 2015, Article 14 of the "National Security Law of the People's Republic of China" passed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress stipulates that April 15 of each year is National Security Education Day.

April 15, 2021 is the sixth National Security Education Day.
