What is pulp molding?
Features:
Include egg boxes, egg trays, fruit trays, flower pots, disposable medical bedpans and the like. It uses waste paper as raw material, adds some moisture-proof agent (aluminum sulfate) or waterproof agent, and then makes model products of various shapes according to different uses, which are used as packaging cushions for eggs, fruits, precision devices, fragile glass, ceramic products, handicrafts and so on, with good buffering and protection performance. The forming technology and equipment for producing pulp have developed rapidly, and the basic process is four processes: pulp preparation, forming, drying and setting. Domestic equipment is mainly semi-automatic, while foreign equipment is almost fully automatic, with high energy consumption assembly line.
Model product:
Pulp molded products are new packaging materials developed rapidly in recent years and are excellent substitutes for wood. Pulp molded products adopt the manufacturing process of beating raw materials, proportioning, forming, drying and setting. Because a large amount of water (about 55-60%) remains on the workpiece after molding, the water content of the final product is 12- 14%, so it is necessary to remove about the weight of the workpiece during the drying process, and all of this water will be removed by absorbing heat and turning into steam. Because of the phase change in the drying process, the energy consumption is very high, and the pulp molded products are processed into high energy consumption products. Therefore, it is very necessary to make a thermodynamic analysis of the energy conversion process of drying. Because, through the analysis, the design and processing of drying equipment can be improved, the energy utilization rate can be improved, and it is of great significance to reduce the production cost of pulp molding products industry.
Application field:
Pulp molded products are solid containers used to hold and restrain packaged goods, which serve the circulation, storage and transportation of goods, that is, they are mainly used for the transportation and packaging of goods.
