Install the main keel

First, install the main keel. Insert the assembled hanger main keel into the corresponding hanger bolt, and tighten the nut as indicated by the step line.

Adjust the elevation, camber and straightness.

Secondly, ensure that the joints of the main keel have been installed, and adjust the elevation, bulging and straightness.

Additional soil keel

According to the node structure requirements of the atlas, attach the soil keel to the hole and install the connecting fasteners.

Fixed edge keel

Fix the side keel on the wall with nail, and the nail spacing shall be controlled at1000 mm.

Installing secondary keel

Start to install the secondary keel, and put the secondary keel in the corresponding position according to the step line of the secondary keel (generally 400nm).

Check the pipeline

Before installing gypsum board, all kinds of pipes in the ceiling must be inspected and accepted to ensure that the pressure test is qualified before installing gypsum board.

Fixed gypsum board

Finally, the gypsum board is fixed on the light steel frame with self-tapping screws, and the screw spacing is controlled between150-470 mm. Starting from the middle of the ceiling, a row of gypsum board is installed along the long keel direction as a benchmark, and then it is extended to both sides.
