How to seal wine cans

With the continuous improvement of living standards, many people brew their own liquor, but it is necessary to seal the jar after liquor brewing, but different liquor sealing methods are different, especially cellar wine. Sealing the jar is very important, and the quality of wine will be better after sealing the jar, but the method of sealing the jar with excessive liquor is not particularly understood. The following is a detailed introduction to the method of sealing the altar with liquor.

Sealing method of wine cylinder

Simple can sealing technology

For those friends who use the brewing workshop, and the wine steamed, sold and brewed on the facade is not intended to be stored for a long time, just seal it directly.

1, plastic film jar sealing method

This is the most common and simple jar sealing technology, which is to stick a clean plastic film directly on the jar mouth and then tie it with a rubber band.

If you can add red cloth to the outer layer and tie it with rubber bands, will it look good?

2, lotus leaf kraft paper jar sealing method

Some friends have a natural aversion to plastics. If your target customers are people who demand high quality of life, you can seal them with lotus leaves, kraft paper and red cloth.

The specific method is the same as above. From inside to outside, there are lotus leaves, kraft paper (kraft paper can also be added with plastic film), and the outermost is red cloth.

Of course, if you don't use red cloth, it is also good to put a sandbag bigger than the jar mouth on it, which has good sealing performance.

Second, wax sealing technology.

Sealing with wax, suitable for wide-mouth bottles with relatively small cylinder mouth. This method is more common for general 10-30 kg wide-mouth bottles.

1, cork+beeswax sealing method

2, silica gel sealing ring+sealing wax sealing method

Ceramic cans produced by many manufacturers are equipped with silicone sealing rings, which have good sealing performance.

If you put a layer of sealing wax on the joint between the bottle mouth and the bottle neck, even if the wine you brew is the Monkey King, you can't escape the control of the jar.

Third, the yellow seal technology

I believe this is the most interesting, practical and commonly used sealing technology for those large brewed coffees.

1, yellow mud+rice husk sealing method

Mix yellow mud and rice husk according to a certain proportion, and stir evenly with a blender.

Then according to the simple sealing technique mentioned in the first method above, seal the jar mouth, then cover the jar lid (if there is no lid, it can be ignored, and red cloth is not needed), and then evenly spread the mixture of yellow mud and rice on the jar mouth.

2, yellow mud+hydrated lime sealing method

Similar to the method 1, I won't elaborate here. Note that the ratio of yellow mud to hydrated lime is 3: 1, and it is not good to mix yellow mud too wet or too dry.
