Authentic northeast old fashioned braised pork

Northeast time-honored braised pork is a traditional dish, full of color, flavor and taste. The following is the real practice:

Materials required:

Pork tenderloin

Onions, ginger and garlic

coriander

dry red pepper

soy

soy

rice vinegar

refined sugar

Cooking wine

starch

edible oil

Exercise:

1. Slice pork tenderloin, add soy sauce, cooking wine and starch, mix well and marinate 15 minutes.

2. Put oil in a hot pan and cool, fry the meat slices until golden brown, and remove them for later use.

3. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the onion, ginger, garlic and dried Chili until fragrant, and add a little water to boil.

4. Add soy sauce, soy sauce, white sugar and rice vinegar to taste and stir until the sugar dissolves.
