Ancient patterns are the crystallization of folk and historical wisdom, belonging to the wealth of all mankind, and therefore not protected by copyright. According to the international copyright law and related laws, the object of copyright protection must be an original work, while the ancient patterns are not the original works of individuals or groups, but the cultural heritage handed down in the folk. Therefore, ancient patterns do not have the conditions for copyright protection.
