The Difference Between Tuso Noodles and Hanging Noodles

Tuso and Hanging Noodles are both traditional Chinese noodle dishes, and they have some differences.

1. Production method: Tuso noodles are a kind of vegetarian noodles that are pulled into drying by hand, while hanging noodles are pressed by machine and need to be dried.
