The main process of traditional warehousing operation includes three links: goods warehousing, warehousing management and warehousing operation.

① Preparation before warehousing: Before the goods arrive at the warehouse, the customer will communicate with the warehousing department, and the customer will send the warehousing goods list to the warehouse by mail or fax. The warehouse will plan the storage location of the goods to be warehousing according to the cargo list, the nature of the goods and the storage situation of the goods in the warehouse.

② Unloading: After the customer sends the driver to the storage warehouse, the warehouse operator will unload the goods to the acceptance area by forklift or manpower according to the pre-arranged storage location.

A. Preparation for acceptance: After receiving the warehousing notice, the warehouse keeper should make good preparations before acceptance according to the characteristics of arrival, including mobilizing personnel, equipment, printing vouchers, and determining the storage location.

B. Checking documents: After the goods arrive, the warehouse keeper checks the delivery note submitted by the driver and the previously sent purchase list to confirm whether the name, specification, quantity and packaging of the goods are consistent.

C inspection of goods: after the documents are checked correctly, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is damaged or defiled; Goods with special requirements must be carefully inspected; The goods that are clearly stipulated in the contract to be sampled or unpacked shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions to confirm whether the variety, specifications, production date and quality of the goods meet the requirements.
