What influence does the family environment have on children's social development?

Abstract: As the first place for preschool children to study, family plays an indispensable role in the process of children's growth. Family is the starting point and basic point of preschool children's education and plays a particularly important role in preschool children's social development. 1. The influence of family structure on the social development of preschool children. Family structure refers to the composition and number of members in a family. Family structure mainly includes the following types: nuclear family, main family, single-parent family or divorced family. Different types of family structures have different influences on children's social development. In the nuclear family, because there are only two generations of family members and the family structure is relatively simple, the communication between family members increases, which is easy to form close feelings, which is the basis for parents to educate their children. In this kind of family, it is easy for parents to reach an agreement on their children's educational ideas and understanding. Parents have a great influence on their children's social process. However, due to the small number of family members, children's communication objects are single, which is not conducive to the formation of strong communication skills.
