Experience of summer teacher training (1)
In the early stage of training, we learned the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese opera. Luo Wei, Dean of Music College of Hefei Normal University, gave us a systematic introduction to the development of traditional music in China. Hu Wei, an associate professor of Anhui Art Vocational College, gave a lecture on the inheritance and development of China's traditional opera. Their simple language and serious attitude won applause.
This training gave me a chance to get close to some professional opera actors, and their love and persistence in opera art deeply infected me.
The first time I met Li Longbin, a master of Huizhou Opera, I was infected by his powerful breath, probably because he often played martial arts when he was young and practiced martial arts for a long time. His gestures reveal his atmosphere and calmness. In class, he told us about the various characteristics, changes and development trends of Anhui opera with his own life experience, which made me know and understand Anhui opera again.
On the third day of the training, Mr. Lu Dadong, a Peking Opera performance artist and a national first-class actor, taught us. She is a very careful and kind old man. When she introduced us to the singing characteristics of the four famous Beijing opera singers, she was worried that we wouldn't understand, so she introduced and demonstrated. The live performance of the voices of various schools made the originally boring course instantly lively. At the end of the course, we danced the fan dance, practiced the skills of sleeves, and rehearsed the Peking Opera Ode to the Pear Flower for us, and experienced the unique charm of China's "national quintessence" in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
Huang Xinde, a performing artist of Huangmei Opera and a national first-class actor, left a deep impression on me. I like listening to his "A Match Made in Heaven" since I was a child. I didn't expect to get the guidance of my predecessors, so I was very happy. Mr. Huang Lao told us the origin and development of Huangmei Opera in his humorous language. From time to time, he recalled the dribs and drabs of his opera career in a self-deprecating tone, which attracted bursts of laughter from the audience. But in the laughter, I obviously felt the difficulty and persistence behind the artist's fame.
The last day of the training is the presentation performance of the trainees. For this performance, the teachers sacrificed their lunch break to rehearse, followed the music again and again, and invited professional teachers to guide the opera performance. Finally, the performance ended with bursts of applause.
The teacher training of "drama into campus" is over, but the inheritance of drama culture has just begun. I am willing to contribute my strength on the road of carrying forward and inheriting the traditional culture of China, so that the traditional opera culture can blossom and bear fruit on campus.

On August 2 1 day, 2008, I had the honor to participate in the teacher training organized by the Education Bureau of Helping District of Hubei Second Normal University. Listening to Gao Jianping's profound views on middle school chemistry education in Wuhan Fruit Lake Middle School, Yang Kundao, vice president of Hubei Second Normal University, on the challenge of college entrance examination reform to principals and teachers, Zhang Delan, president of Xiangyang Evergrande Du Ming Primary School, on the construction of campus culture, and Luo Liang, a teacher of Wuhan Wu Luo Road Middle School, understood his urgent needs, which gave me a new understanding of my chemistry teaching work and further clarified my future efforts.
First of all, we should study hard and be a knowledgeable teacher.
From several teachers who give lectures, we can find a common feature, that is, they all have the spirit of specialization in their work. I remember the teacher made an analogy in the lecture. The catering industry in China only pays attention to making the industry bigger and stronger, but really ignores the quality of food. However, there are many century-old shops in tiny Japan, not because of their superb skills, but because they focus on doing fine things. Isn't this the craftsman spirit? Teachers are also called "teachers", and the spirit of specialized research is even more essential.
Sometimes, when people hear that they are junior high school chemistry teachers, they often think, "How easy it is to teach! You only need to prepare for a year's class, but it's not easy!" I am often speechless by this feeling. It seems that many people have deep-rooted misunderstandings about education. Perhaps, on the surface, there are only two books and so many knowledge points. Teach them once, and there is no need to learn to think. In fact, this is all wet. They ignore the most important point, that is, the object of education is thoughtful people. For the same knowledge, facing different audiences, the methods must be different. Then, our teachers are required to do a full investigation in the lesson preparation stage-to study the teaching knowledge and the difficulties of students. Specific to my chemistry teaching, I need to study the depth of knowledge explanation and students' acceptance ability in combination with junior and senior high school textbooks. Only by full research can we calmly solve the sudden problems in teaching and have answers, precisely because we know what we are doing.
Second, think hard and learn from music.
Think hard and be a teacher with music. Teaching is not unilaterally taught by teachers, but centered on students' learning. How to make students learn effectively is a problem that teachers should seriously consider. For teachers, "teaching without thinking is dangerous." We young teachers, in particular, should pay attention to teaching reflection, not just content with preparing lessons, attending lectures, correcting homework, and giving them non-stop and mechanically. This kind of teaching is blind and the teaching level cannot be improved. We are engaged in the work of lively students, who are thoughtful people. Teachers should not only think about copying the knowledge in books to them, but also think about how to use the most beneficial way for students to absorb and digest, and help students master textbook knowledge and learning methods.
As the saying goes, "there is no shortage of gold." Although we have made full presupposition and preparation for each class, teaching is not acting, we are not actors, our students are not spectators, and it is impossible for teachers to fully predict the possible details in teaching. Therefore, only by constantly thinking about our own teaching practice can we find the shortcomings of teaching design, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and make continuous progress, so as to clarify the soul of teaching in practice and form teaching methods with our own characteristics. Only thinking teachers can teach thinking students, and only thinking teachers can become teachers with music.
Third, study hard and be an interesting teacher.
As the saying goes, "It is never too old to learn", the times are developing, society is progressing and knowledge is updating, not to mention that we are engaged in the education industry. "Teachers must have a bucket of water to give students a bowl of water." Today, with the rapid development of modernization, the speed of knowledge dissemination and updating is very fast, and the teacher's bucket of water can no longer satisfy the students' thirst for knowledge. Only by constantly updating knowledge can the teaching work be better completed. I remember that in the training of the new curriculum standard, the example given by Mr. Gao-the same fruit, only slightly treated, became a lovely animal shape, and the child's interest in him immediately changed. For example, Teacher Luo Liang provided many cases in the lecture of Educational Information Technology and Classroom, telling us that the application of information technology can solve some bottlenecks in teaching and help us break through the key points and difficulties in classroom teaching in the most intuitive and simple way.
As a chemistry teacher, I often need to give students demonstrations and experiments. However, due to the large class size, when giving students demonstrations and experiments, the students in the last three rows often can't see the teacher's demonstrations clearly, and the classroom effect will be greatly reduced. If we can make full use of modern technology-Schiavo's teaching assistant, and project the experiment on the big screen in real time through the function of screen interaction, so that the whole class can clearly watch the teacher's demonstration, it is very necessary and beneficial for chemistry teaching. There is also a chemical simulation laboratory, which can make full use of some hard-to-get instruments or raw materials to do experiments and achieve ideal experimental results. This is an effective means to improve the effect of chemistry teaching and make our class interesting.
Although this stage of training and study has ended, I understand that there are heavier learning and work tasks ahead. As far as sitting is concerned, it is better to get up and leave! I will try my best to apply the training results to daily teaching practice, so that theoretical study can improve work efficiency, and I will be a chemistry teacher who is diligent in research, thinking, learning and setting an example.

This summer teacher training started my career and gave me a first impression of this profession. I am very grateful to the school for giving me such an opportunity to learn and grow, and I am also very grateful to every colleague for their help and concern during this time. In the past, I wanted to be a teacher, and my heart was full of blood. Now that I have come into contact with the profession of teacher, I find that apart from that passion, what is more important is which one has a sense of responsibility. During this training, an old teacher said this. She said that after working for so many years, she is actually not working every day, but performing her duties. Every teacher is like a soldier on the battlefield, insisting on development for the construction of the motherland and striving for an infinite future. I was very excited after listening to it, because it was still different from what I expected. I used to think that as a teacher, I just need to be responsible for teaching students well, and I don't have to think about anything else. After the completion of this training, I can't be calm for a long time. I used to expect myself to really go to the podium and give lectures to the children. Now I'm a little excited and nervous for no reason. Actually, it's not that complicated. In addition to responsibilities, our teachers also shoulder a long-term and beautiful vision. With a good attitude, I believe we can reach our own state and achieve the most beautiful results under such an impact.

At the beginning of August, I had the honor to participate in the first teacher training of "Opera on Campus" organized by Feixi County Education and Sports Bureau. In just five days, I listened to the lectures and live performances of a group of national first-class actors or professors such as Li, Lu Dadong, He and Luo. Although the time is short, the good performance of the teachers still makes me feel full of harvest and unfinished business. The five-day training of Chinese drama course not only made me gain a lot of theoretical knowledge related to Chinese drama, but also made me realize that we need to support China's "non-legacy" culture in the situation that Intel's chips, Hollywood blockbusters, KFC's potato chips, food, material and spiritual attacks swept the world. Therefore, opera needs to enter the campus, start from primary and secondary school students, and inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
In these five days of study, it is mainly divided into two parts: professional teachers teach for us and teachers report performances. Lectures include the lecture on the evolution of traditional opera music by Professor Hu Weiwei, the interpretation of intangible cultural heritage by Professor Huang Xianyou, the lecture on the beauty of music rhyme in China traditional music culture by Professor Luo, the lecture on the development of Anhui Opera by Teacher Li Longbin, the lecture on Peking Opera and Four Famous Dancers by Teacher Lu Dadong and the lecture by He Laoshi. The content is rich and wonderful, which not only broadens my horizons, liberates my thoughts, but also deeply shakes my heart. As a music teacher, my understanding of opera is relatively simple, but my understanding is not rich enough and systematic enough. Through this study, I have a more systematic understanding of traditional Chinese opera, and I fell in love with it, especially the fragments of Anhui opera that Teacher Li Longbin sang for us after the lecture, as well as the live demonstration of Meipai aria and Xunpai aria of Peking Opera by Teacher Lu Dadong, which made me fall in love with traditional Chinese opera. I think students will definitely like opera if they come into contact with it.
Listen carefully in class and don't be idle after class. We all rehearse operas in our spare time. In order to welcome the last day of the performance, the Education and Sports Bureau specially invited Mr. Wu to give us action guidance. Through the guidance of Mr. Wu, we have never been exposed to these professional movements, and we are gradually confident and study hard. The five-day study ended with the performance of the voice of China traditional opera.
During the five-day study, I realized the profoundness of China's traditional culture. At the same time, it also made me realize the heavy responsibility on my shoulders. After returning to school, I need to continue studying, improve my professional skills, make contributions to the traditional operas in China, and let the flowers of operas bloom brilliantly in Jingjing campus.

During the summer vacation, I participated in the educational technology training and quality education discussion activities organized by the school. Through studying, I have broadened my learning horizons and updated my educational concept. Let me talk about my experience in this research.
First, strengthen the cultivation of teachers' morality and show teachers' personality charm.
Teachers are known as "engineers who shape the human soul". In the process of shaping the soul, teachers should not only have profound knowledge, but also have noble morality and lofty spiritual realm. Teachers should be role models, mentors and friends of students, and models of the whole social civilization. Therefore, teachers should always keep in mind to constantly improve their moral cultivation and show their personality charm. So, how to improve your professional ethics? I think we should start from the following aspects:
1, love your motherland and your job.
Love for the motherland and education is the most basic and important requirement of teachers' morality. Love and dedication is the criterion for teachers to deal with the relationship between education and career, and it is the basis and premise of teachers' professional ethics. Especially under the conditions of market economy and the great development of education today, teachers should correctly handle the relationship between dedication and demand, regardless of personal gains and losses, carry forward the spirit of "red candle", be willing to be a "ladder", be content with being a "chalk career", and devote themselves to education with the noble feelings of "not taking half a blade of grass with one heart". On the contrary, if a teacher does not love his profession, he will not be able to do a good job.
2. Love students and be tireless in teaching others.
Loving students and teaching people tirelessly are the traditional virtues of teachers to fulfill their educational obligations, and they are the main symbols to measure teachers' moral level. Every student hopes to get the love of teachers, and teacher love is a great educational force. It can make students feel the teacher's warmth and produce happy emotions, thus stimulating their interest and hobbies in learning. Understanding and caring about students is the starting point of loving students. It is not enough for teachers to teach homework well, but also to pay more attention to students' healthy growth, think about students' life, fully understand students in thought, study and life, care for students, and love them, and carry out targeted education according to the situation. Love students, respect and trust students. Teachers should have democratic ideas, respect students' personality and feelings, allow students to think independently, and must not hurt students' self-esteem. In the daily education and teaching work, students' behaviors should be carefully evaluated and treated kindly and equally. Never use corporal punishment, irony, sarcasm and other humiliating practices against students in order to establish their own prestige. When students make progress, teachers should not be stingy with their praise; When students make mistakes or regress, teachers should not let their own criticisms and insults flood. 3. Set an example and be a teacher.
