(7) The bottom plate, any interlayer, covering layer and adhesive layer in the bottom plate shall be a whole with uniform thickness;

(8) Both sides of the racket, whether covered or not, must be dull, one side is bright red and the other side is black. The edge of the racket should be blunt, not white;

(9) Due to accidental damage, wear or fading, the integrity and color consistency of the racket face are slightly different. As long as the racket face performance has not changed obviously, it can be used;
