Functional zoning of architectural design principles
In order to express the use relationship inside the building, you can draw an analysis diagram-usually called a functional relationship diagram. The function diagram shows the application, the position and relationship of each component and the function division. The following schematic diagram of the functional relationship of the canteen (Figure 2) shows the flow of diners, the food processing flow in the kitchen, and the relationship among the kitchen, meal preparation and restaurant that make up the canteen. For buildings with complex functions, drawing this functional relationship diagram is helpful to design analysis and make the plane layout of the design more reasonable.
