Traditional Culture of Jingshan Mountain in Hubei Province

The Spring Festival is the most important festival of our Chinese nation, and it is also a unique festival of our Chinese nation. However, every family spends the Spring Festival in different ways, but I believe every family is full of joy.

The Spring Festival is coming. The first thing to do is to buy new year's goods. On the 25th day of the twelfth lunar month, my parents and I went to Huapu Supermarket and bought some foods such as peanuts, melon seeds and sugar. Of course, chicken, duck and fish are even more essential. Because we can set off fireworks this year, we also bought a lot of fireworks.

In a blink of an eye, it was New Year's Eve. In the evening, the family had a reunion dinner and turned on the TV. We watch CCTV's Spring Festival Gala while we package jiaozi.

Speaking of Bao jiaozi, I also specially searched the Internet for the origin of jiaozi. According to historical records, jiaozi originated in the corner of ancient times. As early as the Three Kingdoms period, this kind of food was mentioned in the book Guangya written by Wei. According to textual research, it was developed from the "Crescent Wonton" from the Southern and Northern Dynasties to the Tang Dynasty and the "Double-horned Dried Meat" in the Southern Song Dynasty, with a history of 1400 years. According to the historical records of the Qing Dynasty; During the Chinese New Year, people go together when they are happy, for example, eating flat food is famous and taking the meaning of making friends when they are older. He also said: Every first day, no matter rich or poor, jiaozi is wrapped in white flour, which is called sesame seed cake, and it is the same all over the country. A rich family is hidden in gold and silver treasures. If it succeeds, those who have food to support their families will be lucky in the end. This shows that people eat jiaozi in the Spring Festival, which means good luck, to show that they will bid farewell to the old and welcome the new. According to "Clear Barnyard Grass Notes" edited by best friend Tsui Hark, there is stuffing in it, or it is called vermicelli-steamed or fried, and the boiled soup is called jiaozi. For thousands of years, jiaozi, as a New Year's food, has been loved by people and spread to this day.

During the Spring Festival, jiaozi should be wrapped up on New Year's Eve and eaten at midnight. At this time, it is the beginning of the first day of the first lunar month, which means "boxer" and homonyms are "Jiao" and "Jiao", so it is called "Jiao Zi". Jiaozi is also wrapped in coins, and people who eat jiaozi are considered lucky.

At twelve o'clock in the evening, when the Spring Festival party reached its climax, the hot jiaozi was also out of the pot. We lit fireworks and firecrackers. With the sound of firecrackers, colorful fireworks rose into the sky, and the night sky was starry and beautiful. After the fireworks, we ate jiaozi with relish and watched the Spring Festival Gala. Our family is very happy.

On the first day, it's time to visit the temple fair. In the morning, after washing, we set off happily. As soon as I arrived at the temple fair in Changdian, I was attracted by the dazzling array of goods. It was really dazzling at that time. First, I came to a booth selling old Beijing gadgets, and saw many things with old Beijing characteristics, such as windmills, diabolos, gyroscopes and so on. There are many others I can't name. Some of them are brightly colored, while others are of different shapes. ...

Looking at it, I felt a fragrance coming on my face. I quickly looked forward. Wow! There are so many delicious foods: fried mutton kebabs with tender inside and tender outside, fried enema with rich garlic flavor, deep-fried tripe with endless aftertaste and so on. I hurriedly ordered a cream fried cake that I had never eaten before and ate it with relish. Hey, where did the sound of gongs and drums come from? I looked back, ah, that was awesome. There are dragon dances, stilts, gongs and drums ... Very lively! Later, we visited stalls selling all kinds of decorations, toys and snacks. I had a great time!

How time flies! We have been shopping for two and a half hours before we know it. I don't want to leave. Although I am leaving, I am also very happy. Because through this visit to the temple fair, I learned a lot about the traditional culture and art of old Beijing and felt the joy and fun of old Beijing.

It is really meaningful for me to celebrate this Spring Festival this year, because this year is still my birth year, and I hope good luck will always accompany me. I will also work harder to achieve excellent results in all aspects in this year.
