1, dry installation

When dry installation is adopted, the installation of metal frame should be completed in front of plastering hole and wall, and the installation of system doors and windows should be carried out after plastering.

The requirements for dry installation of metal frames for doors and windows are as follows:

(1) The effective width of the side of the metal accessory frame used to connect the system door window frame should not be less than 30mm.

(2) The metal attachment frame is connected and fixed with the hole wall through the fixing piece. Fixtures are installed inside and outside the metal frame to connect with the wall.

(3) The distance between the metal frame-attached fasteners and the corner should not be greater than 150mm, and the distance between two adjacent fasteners should not be greater than 500 mm. ..

2, wet installation

When wet installation is adopted, the door and window frames of the system should be installed before plastering the hole and wall surface, and the door and window frames of the system should be fixed with fixing pieces. The requirements for fixing plates are the same as those for dry installation.

The distance between the fixed parts connected with the wall and the system door window frame shall not be greater than 150mm, and the center distance between two adjacent fixed parts shall not be greater than 500 mm. ..

The connection between the stator and the system doors and windows should be trough connection. When aluminum alloy door and window frames with notches are connected, self-tapping screws or core-pulling rivets can be used.

After the window frame of the system doors and windows is installed, the contact part between the window frame periphery and the plaster layer of the hole should be treated with anti-corrosion. It can be protected by brushing anticorrosive materials or sticking plastic films.

Second, the system window installation considerations

1, door and window frames and fans should be checked for channeling, warping, bending and splitting before installation. If there is such a situation, it should be repaired first.

2. The side of the door window frame near the ground should be painted with antirust paint, and all other surfaces and fans should be painted with clear oil. After painting, classification code should be leveled, and the bottom should be leveled and raised. Each layer of frame and frame, between fans, with wooden ventilation. If stacked in the open air, it needs to be covered with tarpaulin, and it is not allowed to be exposed to the sun and rain.

3. Before installation, the external window should be hung vertically from top to bottom, and the position of the window frame should be found. If it doesn't fit, deal with it first. When installing and debugging the window, play the +50cm flat line in advance and mark the installation position on the wall.

4. Install the door frame after it is checked according to the drawing size, and pay attention to the cutting direction when installing it according to the opening direction of the drawing. The installation height is controlled by indoor 50cm horizontal line.

5, door window frame installation should be carried out before rendering. The installation of doors and sashes shall be carried out after plastering is completed.
