What is the meaning of financial poverty alleviation

Article 5: The administrative department of rural poverty alleviation and development of local people's governments at or above the county level is responsible for planning, coordinating, guiding, supervising, and managing rural poverty alleviation and development work.

Departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level, such as development and reform, education, civil affairs, finance, human resources and social security, housing and urban-rural construction, transportation, water conservancy, agriculture, forestry, health planning, statistics, and so on, shall do the work related to rural poverty alleviation and development within their respective areas of responsibility.

Article 6 Local people's governments at or above the county level that have the task of rural poverty alleviation and development shall specify the administrative department in charge of rural poverty alleviation and development, and the people's governments of townships (townships) shall be equipped with full-time (part-time) staff members who are appropriate to the task of poverty alleviation and development.

Article 7 Units and individuals who have made outstanding achievements in rural poverty alleviation and development shall be recognized in accordance with relevant national and provincial regulations.
