Composition: My favorite traditional festival.

The fifteenth day of the first month is a traditional festival in China-Lantern Festival, and it is also one of my favorite festivals. On this day, people will eat Yuanxiao, lanterns and set off fireworks.

On the afternoon of Lantern Festival, I came to my grandmother's house. My second mother has bought lanterns for me and my little sister. My lantern is a smiling pig. It looks cute, with a small Chinese-style chest covering. Miss Sister's lantern is a little dragonfly, and its wings can flap back and forth as if it could really fly. Before dinner, grandma let us have a look at the granary and the corner with lanterns. Grandma said there would be no bugs in this place for a year.

After dinner, we set off fireworks outside the house. Dad took out a big fireworks and put it in the middle of the yard. After lighting, I saw the fireworks fly into the sky first like a ball. After the explosion in the sky, some of them dispersed into golden sparks, and each spark dispersed into more sparks, making the sky look like a meteor shower. Some scattered colorful sparks fell from the sky; When finished, there will be many small pieces of colored paper in the sky. Seeing such beautiful fireworks, my little sister and I jumped and jumped with excitement. After the big fireworks, my little sister and I also set off Fluttershy fireworks. Colorful butterflies can fly into the sky in a whirl, which is very interesting.

Originally, we planned to go to the city square to see the lanterns, but it was windy and cold today, and my mother was afraid that I would catch a cold, so she cancelled the plan. What a pity.

I had a good time on the fifteenth day of the first month of this year, and school will start tomorrow. This happy Lantern Festival brings a perfect ending to my winter vacation life.
