The first section of the Xingyi Six-Harmony Sword
1. Preparatory posture
Standing side by side, the knife is held in the left hand with the blade facing forward, the arms naturally hanging down, the demeanor is natural, and the eyes are looking forward.
2. Starting position
(1) Take a half-step forward with the left foot, followed by the right foot, and stand with the feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed forward, into an open stance.
(2) While stepping forward with both feet, raise both hands from the front of the abdomen to the left and right sides from the bottom up, holding the sword in the left hand and the palm of the right hand, palms up. When both hands rise to the same height as the shoulder, simultaneously snap back inward and press downward, palm downward, head upward, shoulders loose, qi sinks into the dantian, exhale, and look at the left front.
Requirements: Concentration of the mind, coordination of hands and feet, as if the momentum of the battle.
3. Holding the moon in the bosom
(1) Turn your body to the left, at the same time, take a half-step backward with the right leg, then lift the left leg into a left false step, and shift the center of gravity to the right leg. At the same time as the legs are moving, the left hand holding the sword and the right hand are simultaneously lifting from the front of the abdomen to the left and right sides from the bottom up, palms up. When the palms are lifted to the same height as the shoulders, they are quickly clasped back in front of the abdomen, with the right hand inside and the palm facing inward; the left hand holds the knife outside and the blade facing forward; the right leg is bent at the knee in a semi-squat.
(2) The upward momentum does not stop, the right leg quickly straighten the knee, the left leg first lift the knee, and then kick, the force reaches the toes, the surface of the foot should be taut and flat, the height of the leg should be more than my waist. (3) When the head wrapping is completed, the knife is brought down to the right rear, and the right hand holds the knife under the right hip, with the tip of the knife slightly higher than the hilt, and the blade parallel to the body. At the same time, the left hand splits out from the chest with an external rotation, high and nose level, the left foot steps up at the same time, forming a left standing horse stance (Sanshou style stance), the left hand and the left foot up and down vertically, and exhale.
The "Retreating and Wrapping the Head" fully embodies the characteristics of the technique of using the knife and hand together, striking at the front and back, and guarding closely.
6. Parallel Step Push Blocking
Following the previous stance, the left foot steps forward and the right foot follows it into a parallel step; at the same time, the right hand holds the knife upward, in front of the chest into a horizontal knife, the tip of the knife to the left, the blade facing forward, the left hand pushes the palm on the left of the back of the knife, and both hands at the same time exert force in a horizontal direction, pushing forward and blocking, and looking forward, and then breathing out.

The right hand, after completing the Brain Wrap, hides the knife under the left armpit, the left hand rests on the upper left side of the head with the palm up and the tiger's mouth to the right, the eyes look forward, and the breath is exhaled.
This move must embody the characteristics of tight wrapping, coordination of the body and arms, cleanliness of movement, speed, speed and power.
9, side-by-side chopping sideburns
Right foot to the right in front of the cushion step, the left foot followed by parallel step, legs bent knees half squatting; at the same time, the right hand holding the knife from the left armpit to the right up to the right side of the chopping, with the wrist as the axis, to the tip of the knife click, the blade of the blade and the head of the same height, eyes on the blade, exhale.
This move should be based on skillful strength, fully embodying the characteristics of Che Pai Xingyi Quan's exquisite boxing, and should reach the blade with force.
10, Bow Stance Cultivate Knife
Continuing with the above, the left leg withdraws to the left rear, becoming a right bow stance; at the same time, the right hand holds the knife upward and backward, so that the tip of the knife is turned to the front, and then stabs to the left rear (planting the knife), the right hand is perpendicular to the right foot, and the knife is at the same height as the forehead, parallel. 12, knee twisting knife
(1) The right leg is straight, supporting the center of gravity, the left knee is lifted, the toes are lowered, and the body is turned to the right by 90 degrees, at the same time, the right hand raises the knife upward to the upper right side and stabs, with the blade of the knife facing to the right, and the left hand protects the inside of the right arm, and looks at the tip of the knife, and exhalation is made.
(2) The right wrist is snapped inward so that the blade is first downward and the edge is upward, the left palm protects the inside of the right wrist, inhale.
This move embodies the winding and binding stance, strength and technique of the Che School of Xingyiquan.
13, rest step stab
Continuing the above trend, the left foot to the front of the pad step, the body forward to embrace, the right foot to take advantage of the situation to ring the front trampling step, the left foot followed, inserted in the back of the right leg into the right rest step, at the same time, the right hand holds the knife force to the right in front of the stabbing knife, the heart of the hand upward, blade towards the sky, the blade is slightly lower than the wrist, the right arm slightly flexed, the left palm to help protect the inside of the right wrist, the force to the knife blade, look ahead!
This move embodies the technique characteristics of exquisite fist posture, vigorous force, and the whole body is bundled up as one.
14, turn around and wrap the brain to hide the knife
Both legs at the same time, the body turned 180 degrees to the left, into the left horizontal crotch step, the center of gravity in the left leg; at the same time, the right hand holds the knife, along the counterclockwise direction of the brain wrapped knife body tightly close to the body around a week to the waist as the axis, to the left to screw the waist and hips, so that the knife wrapped and waist and hips twisted in synchronization.
