Simple opening method of teapot
1, dry the dust.
After the teapot is opened, the first step is to remove the dust and ceramic fragments attached to the surface with the help of toothbrush and towel. At this time, the wiping method should be gentle. It is recommended to dry it first and then rinse it with water. Do not use disinfectant or cleaning agent to avoid damaging the pot body.
Step 2 cook in water
After removing the dust from the surface of the teapot, put the teapot into a clean pot and then inject warm water. At this time, warm water should not completely pass the top of the teapot, and boil it over medium heat. After 5 minutes, turn to low heat, add tea and continue to cook. Pay attention to what kind of tea is brewed in the teapot, and then use this tea to open the pot.
Step 3 remove and clean
After simmering 10-20 minutes, take out the teapot, wash its body and interior with warm water, and then put it in a cool and ventilated place to dry. Note that if the pot continues to appear oily or smelly during the boiling process with clear water, it is an inferior pot or a fake pot.
Step 4 Cook and dry again
After the teapot is dried, put it into a clean pot again, then inject warm water and cook the tea again. At this time, it is still boiled with medium fire, after 15 minutes, it is boiled with low fire for 5- 10 minutes, and then boiled with low fire after 10 minutes, and then cooled for 3-5 hours.
Tips for purchasing teapots:
1, look at the spout
When buying a teapot, watching the spout is one of the key points. A good spout should be strong in water, smooth in arc, round and undistorted in water beam, crisp and tidy when water is cut off. After pouring the pot, there is no residual water in the pot. In addition, you can also distinguish materials by the characteristics of pot cover and pot flow, especially the shape and material of pot cover. Although the chemical pot is cheap, the quality is not as good as the natural pot, so you should choose it carefully.
2. Look at this color
When buying a teapot, you need to pay attention to the choice of color. The color of pure teapot can be divided into three categories: purple, yellow and light red. Among them, purple has a moisturizing feeling, and its color is dull and light as baby skin. A good teapot should be shiny and rough in color, not only beautiful, but also enjoy the aroma and taste of tea when making tea. Therefore, when choosing a teapot, you can choose pots of different colors according to your own preferences and needs to achieve better results.
3. Look at the capacity
When buying a teapot, capacity is an important consideration. Different kinds of tea, the number of people who drink tea, the size of the cup and the preference for drinking tea will all affect the capacity. Generally speaking, the capacity varies from 300ml to 500ml, which is suitable for different people and tea drinking needs. At the same time, the capacity also needs to meet the size of the palm. Too large or too small will affect the experience. Therefore, when buying a teapot, you need to choose the capacity according to your own needs and actual situation.
