How to make cold celery
The recipe for cold celery is as follows:
Ingredients: two small stalks of celery, 200g of yuba, an appropriate amount of carrots and an appropriate amount of garlic.
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Soak the yuba. Break the yuba into small pieces, then put it in a basin, add a small spoonful of salt and an appropriate amount of cold water.
