Yunnan has those famous dishes, how to do it! ~

Many famous dishes in Yunnan can also be eaten in other places, but one dish has never been eaten before. This dish is called chicken nest:

Raw materials:

A live strong chicken (about 2000g), 15g salt, 30g ginger onion, 2g monosodium glutamate and 3g pepper.

Method:

1. Slaughter the chicken, remove the hair and impurities from the belly, wash it, cut it into 4 cm square pieces, and then remove the blood with clear water; Cut onion into sections; Slice ginger and pat it loose with a knife.

2. Put the chicken pieces in a steamer, cover them with salt, onion and ginger, then put them on the mouth of a pottery jar that can hold 5000 grams of clean water and seal them.

3. Put the earthen pot on the fire to boil, let the steam in the earthen pot enter the steamer through the central pipe of the steamer, and steam until the chicken is cooked. Slice the onion and ginger, add monosodium glutamate and pepper, and put the steamer at the bottom of the tray when eating.

The real name of "Yunnan Steam Pot Chicken" is Jianshui. Output is limited by kitchen utensils. When I went to Yunnan, I bought a three-piece suit and made it myself. It tastes great! Steamed chicken is unique in production. Because it is steamed in a special steamer, the soup is a little distilled water, which is clear and transparent, original, fresh and tender, with a particularly mellow and delicious taste and rich nutrition.
