Investigation and solving methods from case to person

"From case to person" means that when accepting a case, we only know the result or consequence of the case, but we don't know who the criminal is. Therefore, the investigation begins with the criminal facts, and the criminals are exposed and confirmed through the investigation of the criminal facts. "From case to person" is essentially a manual investigation from the traces formed in the crime implementation stage, which is the most commonly used traditional investigation mode of investigation organs. The starting point of investigation is generally from the crime scene, through on-site investigation, analysis of the case, formulation of investigation plan, search for clues of criminal suspects, collection of relevant evidence and identification of criminals. At present, most cases are investigated by this mode, such as murder, robbery, rape, explosion, poisoning and arson.
