Geographically, the Yellow River is in the north, the northern faction (called the northern branch) is in the south of the Yellow River, and the southern faction (called the southern spring). There are many famous mountains: Shaolin, Wudang, Emei, Kongtong and so on. Shaolin is divided into north and south (Songshan is called north shaolin and Quanzhou is called South Shaolin).
