Faults and solutions in the process of mechanical structure assembly of multi-rotor UAV

1. The motor cannot be started: first, check whether the circuit wiring is correct and confirm whether the battery is charged. If these are all right, it may be that the motor itself is faulty and needs to be replaced.

2. Propeller and motor are not firmly fixed: check whether the propeller is fastened correctly. If the connector or diluter is loose, it needs to be reconnected.

3. Multi-rotor can't keep balance: check whether the circuit wiring is correct and the sensor used is correct. Adjusting the range and direction of gyroscope can improve flight performance.

4. The direction of the aircraft is not accurate: If the aircraft is controlled by the remote controller, please check whether the battery of the remote controller is sufficient or whether it needs calibration when moving the remote controller. In order to avoid unnecessary influence on the aircraft, please make sure the aircraft is balanced first.

5. The plane is out of control: This may be because the plane is tied to a tree by a safety buckle, or the battery of the plane is insufficient. Please land the plane and check the remaining batteries to see if it is necessary to replace them.

6. Unstable landing of the aircraft: Check that the altitude sensor of the aircraft has reached the maximum altitude or minimum altitude, and adjust the position and range of the altitude sensor again. If the situation still does not improve, it is suggested to adjust the altitude when the weather is good to keep the plane in balance.
