China Energy News: The National Energy Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment R&D Center has settled in China Coal Equipment Company. What technological R&D advantages will your company bring into play?
In promoting the construction of the central platform, we have planned a series of general ideas: first, integrate the existing R&D, manufacturing and testing facilities; Secondly, take coal production bases such as Pingshuo and Datun as verification platforms; Thirdly, equip the R&D center with key software and hardware equipment with incremental investment, and establish advanced industrial technology R&D test facilities and experimental platforms; Finally, Industry-University-Research and China University of Mining and Technology jointly conducted research on key technologies that restrict the development of the industry.
All planning ideas and construction goals are centered around the purpose of forming a complete set of systematic and automatic coal mine equipment. In this respect, many domestic R&D institutions and enterprises have already possessed quite high strength and level in terms of technology and design and manufacturing capability of single equipment such as mining machinery and scraper conveyor. However, with the successive construction of hundreds of millions of coal bases, higher requirements are put forward for the fully mechanized mining capacity of coal mine machinery and equipment. This requires a more comprehensive, complete and systematic product and R&D platform to avoid the "short board effect" in the manufacturing of mining machinery, and all aspects can go hand in hand to truly create an "intrinsically safe" mine and realize an "unmanned safe" unmanned working face.
In addition, with the rapid development of domestic coal industry in recent years, the overall strength of coal machine manufacturing industry is also gradually enhanced, and many old national standards need to be further improved. Especially in the design and manufacturing standards of coal equipment complete system, it is almost blank, so participating in the formulation of relevant industry standards will also become the future direction of R&D center.
China Energy News: What R&D tasks has the National Energy Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment R&D Center undertaken in the upcoming Twelfth Five-Year Plan?
After a series of preparations and preliminary work, we undertook six major projects during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, namely, research on fully mechanized mining face equipment and overall supporting, complete equipment and technology of automatic plough in thin coal seam, research on fully mechanized mining equipment with an annual output of 8 million tons, research on fully mechanized mining equipment with an annual output of100000 tons, research on automatic tunneling technology and complete equipment, and electric drive technology.
The specific construction objectives are: first, to have the ability to undertake major national coal mining equipment projects and solve major scientific and technological problems in the field of coal mining machinery and equipment in China; The second is to form the world's largest 45000kN powerful hydraulic support test platform, which has the research and development test capability of high-end large-scale hydraulic support; Third, it has the ability to carry out research on key technologies of engineering projects and form a cooperation and exchange platform with international and domestic coal machinery equipment enterprises, research institutes and universities; Fourth, it has the R&D and manufacturing capacity of high-end intelligent scraper conveyor (installed power above 3600kW), high-power AC traction shearer (installed power above 2500kW), intelligent roadheader and full-automatic planer.
In addition, in order to meet the market demand and the latest development trend of domestic coal industry, we will also increase the research and development of coal washing equipment during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, and will gradually carry out the research and development and manufacturing of large-scale coal chemical equipment.
The lack of basic research calls for the close integration of Industry-University-Research.
China Energy News: We know that the National Energy Coal Mining Machinery and Equipment Research and Development Center was jointly declared by China Coal Equipment Corporation and China University of Mining and Technology. What is your company's specific division of labor in the construction of R&D center?
Liu Zhansheng: Our cooperation with China University of Mining and Technology has been going on continuously, and some important basic theoretical and experimental work needs to be completed by relying on the State Key Laboratory of China University of Mining and Technology.
The combination of "production, learning and research" is the principle that our enterprise has always adhered to. Because the latest research achievements of universities and scientific research institutions need to rely on the production test platform of enterprises to realize market-oriented transformation, enterprises also need to constantly put forward new technical research directions according to market changes, and feed back information to universities and scientific research institutions to promote the timely transformation of scientific research achievements and realize continuous updating. China Coal Equipment Company and China University of Mining and Technology have been adhering to this principle of cooperation and have a good interaction.
From the enterprise's point of view, with the deepening of practical experience in the industry, it is necessary to get technical support in scientific theory while promoting technological upgrading in time. This deficiency has taught us a lesson. At the end of last year, the scraper conveyor produced by the company's subordinate enterprises had problems in the use of users. At first, they thought it was a quality problem, but technicians repeatedly tested and analyzed it in the mine and found no defects in quality. Later, it was discovered that the problem lay in the material selection of the original design. Since the first scraper conveyor was put into production in 2004, we have only carried out equivalent amplification on the basis of its installed power of 2×700 kW, and now it has reached 3× 1200 kW. In the process of equivalent amplification, the analysis of the force it can bear is ignored, so the quality of the product material is not improved until the problem appears.
Independent innovation needs to change the model.
China Energy News: The original intention of establishing the National Energy Science and Technology R&D (Experimental) Center is to promote the independent innovation of national energy science and technology. In this regard, what considerations does the National Energy Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment R&D Center have?
Liu Zhansheng: China Coal Equipment Company has always attached importance to the independent innovation of enterprises. At present, the company's investment in science and technology exceeds 5%, which is 523% higher than that at the beginning of the company's restructuring in 2004. By the end of 2009, 1 17 national patents have been recognized and put into market development, initially forming a benign innovation model from original innovation to integrated innovation, to digestion and absorption, and finally to re-innovation.
Relying on the R&D Center of National Energy Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment, we hope to stand at the height of the whole industry and lead the comprehensive independent innovation of coal mine equipment technology, especially the complete set of systematic design and manufacturing capabilities. This is our main direction at present.
In our innovation system, the link of digestion and absorption is not simply to introduce foreign advanced technology, but to introduce absorption mode more thoroughly. It is not only the introduction of technology, but more importantly, it is necessary to "introduce wisdom" and absorb the advanced technical experts and management experience of foreign companies for our use. The biggest advantage of this model is that it can avoid being forced to introduce new technologies after introducing and absorbing in many fields in the past, and then fall into the strange circle of "introduction-backwardness-reintroduction-backwardness" and innovate again.
