2. Some patients tie their blood pressure tightly every time, because the blood pressure is low. In fact, they just look normal and their bodies are still in a state of high blood pressure. Inaccurate blood pressure measurement has great influence on long-term prognosis. Most people can use ordinary cuffs, but for obese patients, long-sleeved cuffs should be used, otherwise blood pressure measurement will be inaccurate.

3. The correct way to tie the sphygmomanometer belt is usually to choose a suitable measuring position, and then aim the center of the sphygmomanometer belt at the part with the strongest popliteal artery pulsation.

4. When using sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure, you need to master the correct method. First of all, choose the appropriate measurement posture and take a relaxed posture. If the upper arm sphygmomanometer is selected, the center of the bandage can be at the strongest part of the popliteal brachial artery.

It is necessary to master the correct tightness. Too loose and too tight may affect the accuracy of blood pressure measurement. Generally, it is appropriate to insert 1-2.
