Where are the limitations of traditional administration?

(2) The work to achieve the objectives of administrative organization shall be carried out by grass-roots operators.

(3) Traditional management scholars often don't pay attention to other influential forces and communication systems in the organization.

(4) The administrative decision determines whether the administrative act is efficient.

(5) Administrative activities must develop the method of using organizational strength, which is the so-called administrative procedure, and this administrative procedure is the decision-making procedure, which is the procedure of dividing which part of the decision should be made by everyone in the organization.
