How to make bamboo?

The production method of bamboo is as follows:

1. Cooking method for extracting fresh bamboo: chop fresh bamboo, crush, soak in water, heat and boil, and filter to obtain fresh bamboo juice. The fresh bamboo juice extracted by soaking and boiling contains many impurities such as pigment, gum and starch, which will be turbid after heating, packaging and sterilization, and a lot of precipitation will appear after one to two months.

2. Add some organic solvents such as ethanol to soak, boil and recover the organic solvents to prepare fresh bamboo and Zhejiang. This method uses four alcohols, A, B, C and D, to extract fresh bamboo juice from water. Its disadvantages are the same as cooking methods.

There are more disadvantages: for example, methanol, propanol and butanol are very toxic, and methanol leads to cirrhosis. There are many processes for recovering organic solvents, which are not easy to recover completely and increase the manufacturing cost (organic solvents are expensive, complicated in process, long in time and high in energy consumption).

3. Distilling and extracting fresh bamboo and fresh Zhejiang: distilling the fresh bamboo and fresh Zhejiang boiled juice prepared by the cooking method, and collecting the liquid cooled by steam. In addition to water, fresh bamboo and Zhejiang also contain other effective components, many of which cannot be volatilized with water vapor. This method overcomes the disadvantage that fresh bamboo and Zhejiang prepared by cooking method contain a lot of impurities, but the quality of fresh bamboo and Zhejiang cannot be guaranteed because many effective components in fresh bamboo and Zhejiang cannot evaporate with water vapor.
