(3) Strengthen the management of floating personnel in schools. Due to the needs of school development, the number of migrant workers and temporary workers who have flooded into schools has surged in the past two years. Their sources are complex and difficult to manage. At the same time, a student security team is established in the student dormitory, with students as the main body for self-management. (4) During the winter and summer vacations every year, carefully organize some students staying in school to participate in campus patrol work, on the one hand, give play to students' self-management role, on the other hand, strengthen campus safety prevention work. (5) The school guard is responsible for the duty patrol of key parts of the campus and conducts fixed-point inspections. At the same time, security cadres take turns to participate in duty patrols.
5. Intensify efforts to solve crimes and crack down on campus crimes. The incidence of theft cases in colleges and universities is high, but the detection rate is low. This is because most of these cases are committed by insiders and it is difficult to solve them. But it is not completely helpless: first, master the law of committing crimes and wait for criminals. In a place or time with high crime rate, organizing elite forces, hiding and waiting for opportunities is a feasible way to crack down on campus criminal activities at present. The second is to trace the criminals who caught the stolen goods. Finding the stolen goods and tracing the source are also effective ways to solve the case. The third is to be familiar with the surrounding environment and carefully look for clues to solve crimes around. The surrounding environment of some colleges and universities is very complicated, close to rural areas and factories, and there are many rental houses, internet cafes and waste collection stations around them, so the public security problem is very prominent. Therefore, it is also a way to detect cases by going to these places frequently, contacting relevant people, things and things, knowing, mastering and familiarizing with some situations purposefully, and collecting some information related to campus cases through investigation and visit.
