Yin Gong: Keep practicing every day as early as after dark and after dinner 100 minutes. Especially after the tenth day of the tenth lunar month, the new moon will be born. Fourteen, handed down boxing
There are three kinds of handed down boxing: 1. Fixed fist, 2. Disc boxing and 3. Conventional boxing.
Fixed fist: single stroke and single action. One stroke and one style requires a lot of training. The fixed fists that have been preserved are: single handle, cross handle, elbow stroke, tiger pounce and double push, one punch, etc., about 20 times.
Disc boxing: Three strokes and two types of hammering are all called disc boxing, such as: eagle pouncing on food, wild horse throwing grass, mortar snake spitting out the core, cross pick, cross gun and so on.
Routine boxing; For more than four kinds, start with four hammers. Routine boxing includes: vertical door holding, courtesy boxing, quick hand raising, yin and yang handles, tiger flapping routine, Qinglong claw probing and so on.
The original routine boxing also includes: Baihua Dianjiang, Lianhua Dianjiang, Hei Hu Dianjiang and Ma Hui Dianjiang, which are collectively called "Four Generals". Four will be combined into one, named: all beats.
