In 2002, Gao Yan began to host the brand program "Life Face to Face" of the Life Program Center of Beijing TV Station. Face to face in life emphasizes serving the audience face to face and without distance. Gao Yan highlighted the style of "facing life", which is close to the people, lively and intense. Her sincere, enthusiastic, credible and wise screen image has increased the audience's trust and love for the program. At the same time, she also led the backbone of the column group to actively explore, innovate and formulate the development ideas of the program, and the influence and reputation of the ambassador project continued to improve.

In 2005, Gao Yan became the producer of Face Life. She revised it according to the audience's taste, adding sections such as brother telling stories and audience DV. The creation of the column "Brother Tells Things" can be described as unique, because my brother runs around the streets of Beijing every day, not only meeting all kinds of people, but also being the first witness of various news events. The information provided by my brother is not only vivid, but also popular with the people, and the concern for life is also very novel. Gao Yan usually likes to chat with her brother and listen to their views on some events. She told the column director to pay attention to the cooperation and communication with her brother, give her simple training and give her shooting methods and skills. Because it was the topic discovered by her brother, the perspective of her shooting and her own tone, she really became a program for the people, truly close to the people and close to life. After the broadcast of Face-to-Face Life, many programs shot by my brother quickly got the response and feedback from the audience, which became the new highlight of Face-to-Face Life in 2005.

In the summer of 2005, Gao Yan planned a special program "Summer Camp for Young Journalists". Ten "Young Journalists" were selected from the children who volunteered to register, and they were asked to shoot their own lives with their DVs. Gao Yan hopes that through this activity, he can understand the psychology of children now and see how children can observe and look at their lives from their perspective. From June 5438 to 10, 2005, Gao Yan planned a large-scale activity with the theme of "face to face in a harmonious community", which was strongly supported and responded by the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and set off a whirlwind of caring about harmony and life. In the "Face to Face in Harmonious Community" activity, Gao Yan, who stepped off the screen, quickly won the love of community residents with his approachable personality, and told stories of his community one after another, and made positive suggestions on the program content of "Face to Face in Life".

Thanks to the efforts of Gao Yan and her "Face to Face Life" team, the program ratings have reached record highs, and are currently stable at over 4%, with the highest daily ratings reaching 6.7% and the highest weekly ratings reaching 5%. Today's "Face Life" has become the trump card of Beijing life service program. According to the CCTV market ratings questionnaire, Face to Face Life ranks among the top 20 programs in Beijing, such as CCTV news broadcast, and has become a well-known life service information column loved by Beijing residents.

At the end of 2007, BTV- Life Channel cancelled the Sunday transparent program and added the Sunday life laboratory program. Gao Yan began to host the program "Life Lab", which continued the tradition of facing life in the past, but focused on common sense that some people could not experiment and did not understand, and corrected some mistakes and bad habits in life.

After graduating from college in 2005, he was assigned to the Life Program Center of Beijing TV Station. Now he is the host of five programs: Life Show, I Love My Car, Life Face to Face, Life Weather and Life Lab. The sunny and youthful appearance, coupled with the witty and agile hosting style, made Kurnaedi deeply loved by Beijing people and soon became the backbone of a new generation of hosts in Beijing TV Station.

During his stay at Kurnaedi University, he joined the China Production Party. He is an activist inside and outside the school and a student union cadre, and has won many scholarships. He won the runner-up in the "Youth Star" national TV host contest in 2003. He once hosted a large-scale live broadcast of Shanghai International Tourism Festival on Shanghai TV. "I love my car" is the first program I have done since I joined the work, where I have transitioned from a young college student to the working state that a professional host should have.
