Is Zhang Wuchang a master of economics?

Zhang Wuchang, an internationally renowned economist, is one of the founders of new institutional economics and modern property rights economics. From 65438 to 0959, he studied under the founder of modern property rights economics, Aqin, at the University of California, USA, and received his doctorate eight years later.
