Miri Design Bureau, Mikoyan Design Bureau, tupolev Design Bureau, Kamov Design Bureau, Jakovleff Design Bureau, Ilyushin Design Bureau and Beriyev Design Bureau are in Russian; Antonov Design Bureau is in Ukraine.
Shipyards: Black Sea Shipyard, Liu Yi Shipyard and Bloom Shipyard are in Ukraine. Amur Shipyard, Qingcheng Submarine Shipyard, Baltic Shipyard, North Devinsk Shipyard and North Shipyard are in Russia.
