Driving mechanism. Improve the target responsibility system, realize the unified deployment planning, unified deployment of strength, unified inspection and guidance, unified assessment and acceptance of party building and group building, and realize the reasonable connection between party building and group building; Improve the evaluation mechanism, and regard organ construction as an important content of organ party building evaluation; Improve the selection mechanism of advanced and excellent trees, take the lead of the Party Committee, cultivate and establish advanced models of party building by groups, improve the overall level of organization and construction of government agencies and groups, and form the overall synergy of group building work.
