The office can't be used indiscriminately. What are the rules about office space?

The office is like a home, which is needed by every public official and an essential carrier for normal office. But there are many regulations on the management and use of offices or office buildings. If you don't pay attention to it, you may violate relevant management regulations and be investigated by party discipline and political discipline. Then, what rules can't be touched in office management? Let's go and have a look.

First, it is forbidden to build decoration offices in violation of regulations.

The state has always had strict regulations on the construction of office buildings. In order to save funds for people's livelihood construction, new buildings and halls were prohibited in 10. Of course, some people will say that some departments were still under construction two years ago! In fact, the office building here mainly refers to the party and government office building (purely for public officials), and there are also some departments that build business or technical houses (such as meeting the needs of the masses and specific work needs), which are not pure office buildings. For example, the courts have built more buildings in recent years, which falls into this category.

This policy has been relaxed since last year, but the examination and approval is very strict, at least at the provincial level, and the state has also newly promulgated the "Administrative Measures for Office Buildings of Party and Government Organs" for management. In addition to new construction, luxury decoration of office buildings is also not allowed. Therefore, it is a violation of discipline to build or decorate office buildings, training centers and other buildings without approval.

Second, it is forbidden to use offices with over-standard equipment.

The state is also very strict about the use of office space. How many square meters of office space can be used at which level is clearly defined, and it is not allowed to exceed the standard. Take the county-level organs as an example. The chief office at the county level does not exceed 30 square meters, the deputy office at the county level does not exceed 24 square meters, the official department level does not exceed 18 square meters, the deputy department level does not exceed 12 square meters, and other personnel do not exceed 9 square meters. There are subtle differences in the area of each floor. It is forbidden to turn office decoration into a luxury suite. At the same time, public officials must not occupy more offices. If there are multiple part-time jobs, in principle, only one office space can be used. Everyone quickly measured their offices to see if they exceeded the standard, and some quickly rectified them.

Third, it is forbidden to use public funds to private rooms and occupy houses.

This was very common in the past, especially for former exchange leading cadres who went to work in another place from their hometown. They don't want to live in the dormitory arranged by the company (because the general dormitory conditions are limited), but they are willing to live in hotels, and generally they have to live in the best hotel in their work units, occupying one or even several rooms for office accommodation for a long time, and the rent is paid by the company. According to the new "Regulations on the Administration of Office Buildings of Party and Government Organs", it is explicitly forbidden to rent rooms with public funds or occupy other places for personal use. In case of violation, the relevant personnel will be disciplined.
