Step 1: Open the background photo and your own photo. The background of meticulous painting is mainly classical. I hope you can choose a more retro background material. In addition, your photos should be as retro as possible, not too modern, so that you can't achieve that effect.

Step 2: Ctrl+J copy the background layer.

Step 3: Ctrl+Shift+U decolorization.
