Technical characteristics of air purification technology

There are two kinds of flow of sterile indoor air: one is laminar (i.e., all suspended particles in the room are kept in laminar flow layer movement); the other is non-laminar (i.e., the flow of indoor air is turbulent). Equipped with a general air conditioning system of the clean room, the flow of indoor air is non-laminar (turbulent), both air entrained in the suspension of particles quickly mixed, but also to make the room static particles re-flying, part of the air can also appear stagnant state.

The laminar flow clean room is different, it has the following characteristics:

(1) the laminar flow air into the room has been filtered through a high-efficiency filter, to achieve the sterility requirements;

(2) the air was laminar form of movement, so that all the indoor particles suspended in the laminar flow layer of the movement, it can be avoided to avoid suspended particles agglomeration of particles into a large particles;

(3) the indoor new pollutants can be quickly replaced by laminar flow air. Pollutants can soon be laminar air away, discharged to the outdoors;

(4) the air flow rate is relatively high, so that particles floating in the air, and will not accumulate and settle down, while the indoor air will not be stagnant, to avoid cross-contamination of drug powders;

(5) the clean air has no vortex, the dust or bacteria attached to dust are not easy to diffuse elsewhere transfer, but can only be eliminated in situ. Can only be excluded. Laminar flow can reach 10,000 levels, or even 100 levels.

The laminar flow air in laminar flow clean rooms and laminar flow clean benches has two forms: horizontal laminar flow and vertical laminar flow.

In order to reduce the contamination of the staff to the clean room, the staff in the wash hands, face, wrists after wearing sterile overalls, the first step before entering the clean room after air purification, that is, high efficiency filtration of clean air through the nozzle with a high degree of airflow blowing off the staff attached to the dust on the overalls, the personnel by the air shower, before entering the clean room. The air shower room is placed at the entrance of the clean room. The air shower room consists of a high-efficiency filter, sealing room, pressurized room, wind group, electric heater and nozzle.
