Method for making spicy cumin yuba

Ingredients: a handful of yuba, a spoonful of minced garlic, two spoonfuls of garlic hot sauce, a spoonful of Chili powder, a spoonful of cumin powder, a spoonful of sesame, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce and half a spoonful of soy sauce.

Steps:

1, yuba soaked in warm water.

2. Put a spoonful of minced garlic, a spoonful of sesame, a spoonful of Chili powder, a spoonful of cumin powder and a spoonful of hot oil on it to stimulate the fragrance. Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of garlic hot sauce and half a spoonful of soy sauce and mix well.

3. Put the yuba in a bowl and stir well.
